Iowa Host Homes provides Host Home services and Supported Community Living (SCL) for adults with intellectual disabilities throughout Eastern Iowa, including Benton, Linn, and Johnson counties. Our program offers a safe, family-style home environment where individuals can build independence, develop life skills, and form meaningful connections within their communities.
A Local, Community-Based Approach to Care
We believe individuals with disabilities deserve the opportunity to live independently while staying connected to their community. Through our Host Home program, individuals are thoughtfully matched with a provider who offers personalized support in a private home setting.
Our services are available to adults ages 21+ who are funded through the Iowa Intellectual Disability Waiver, with support tailored to each person’s Individual Service Plan (ISP).
